Pricing:
Recordings are charged based upon each phrase. A phrase consists of up to 30 words. Extra words will be charged as an additional phrase. Contact us for your customized quote today.
Terms:
Please carefully check the text and grammar of each prompt prior to submission as they will be read EXACTLY as written. If a word or name has a unique pronunciation, or you require a specific read, please record and upload a pronunciation file with your order.
No refunds will be provided after a phrase has been recorded. Unless otherwise notified, recorded prompts will be delivered within ten business days of order. Prompts will be considered accepted five business days after delivery. Correction requests within that period will be granted in the event of an error on our part, but we reserve the right to reject any re-record request for any reason. After expiration of the acceptance period, any changes will require a new order to be placed. Changes to phrasing or pronunciation, etc. when no pronunciation file was provided are automatically rejected and a new order must be placed. Prompts are licensed only for telephone, non-commercial radio, and public address system use. For television, motion picture, commercial radio, album, or any other commercial use, a separate agreement must be arranged by contacting us.
